Jania recently joined the firm after earning her Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communication from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. In her role as Director of Marketing and Client Support, she provides strategic marketing leadership to expand the firm’s visibility, strengthen brand positioning, and support long-term growth.

Jania also oversee client engagement, ensuring that individuals and businesses receive exceptional support and a seamless experience across both the CPA practice and brokerage company.Her connection to the firm began through Terry’s community outreach with the UNCW Women’s Basketball program, where she had the privilege of serving as a leader of the team.

This experience instilled the values of teamwork, perseverance, and leadership—principles in her, that now guide her professional approach to marketing and client relations. She is passionate about combining strategic communication with a client-first mindset to help our firm deliver both trusted expertise and a personalized experience for every client we serve.
